Though we usually think of scones as a sweet tea-time treat, savoury versions are just as delicious! My signature fluffy and light bake is given a different dimension here with the wonderful flavour of mature Cheddar mixed through and topped by the lovely warm colour of Red Leicester. Scrumptious!
